- Analytics data — we use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not collect personal data or use cookies. GoatCounter records page views, referrers, and browser/country information without identifying individual visitors.
Why we collect it
- Waitlist email: To notify you when ParishProof launches and share early access information.
- Analytics: To understand how visitors use the site and improve the content and tools we offer.
How we store it
Waitlist email addresses are stored securely in our hosted database. We retain waitlist data until the product launches or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

We do not share your data with third parties. GoatCounter is a privacy-focused analytics provider that collects no personal data.
